Delete your account
You can delete your Volpi account and its data from the app. If you no longer have access, email us.
From the app

Sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.

Confirm. We sign you out once it is done.
If you can’t access the app
Email us from your account address with the subject “Account deletion”. We may ask for verification before deleting it.
What we delete
- Account, profile and identifiers.
- Recordings, voice models and personalized audio.
- Preferences, history and progress.
- Session, device and notification tokens.
What we keep
- Billing records, as legally required: up to 5 years.
- Diagnostics sent to support: up to 90 days.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.
Timing
Verified requests are processed within 30 days at most; residual backups may take up to 30 days more.
