1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website volpistudios.com and the Volpi Studios mobile application (collectively, "the Service"), owned by Volpi Studios ("we", "our" or "the company").

By accessing and using the Service, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

Volpi Studios offers an animated children's stories platform with the following features:

  • Professionally narrated animated stories, available in multiple languages.
  • Story personalization with the user's voice (demo feature).
  • Educational content developed by child education professionals.
  • Educational platform for schools (Volpi for Education).

3. CONDITIONS OF USE

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
  • You agree not to use the Service for illegal, fraudulent purposes or in violation of third-party rights.
  • It is not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Service content without written authorization.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.

4. PERSONALIZATION POLICY

The story personalization feature allows users to record their voice to generate a personalized version of a story. By using this feature:

  • You authorize the temporary processing of your audio recording.
  • The original recording is automatically deleted after processing (maximum 24 hours).
  • The personalized story generated will be available in your account while your subscription is active.
  • We do not share voice recordings with third parties, except with the technical providers necessary for processing.

5. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include corresponding taxes.
  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the first subscription, in accordance with EU withdrawal rights.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Service — including text, illustrations, animations, narrations, music, software and design — is the property of Volpi Studios or its licensors and is protected by national and international intellectual property laws.

  • The subscription grants a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license for private use of the content.
  • Reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication of the content without written authorization is prohibited.
  • The trademarks, logos and trade names of Volpi Studios are registered and may not be used without permission.

7. DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be free of errors, interruptions or security vulnerabilities.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

This limitation does not affect the rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance through:

  • A notice on the website or application.
  • An email to the address associated with your account.

Continued use of the Service after the new Terms take effect will constitute your acceptance of them.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the competent courts in accordance with applicable legislation.
